This Acceptable Listing Policy explains what can and cannot be submitted to the HertsPartners local business directory.

Listings must be genuine, accurate and relevant to Stevenage, Hertfordshire or the surrounding areas. Businesses must provide clear contact details and should not submit false, misleading, offensive or unlawful information.

We may refuse, edit, suspend or remove any listing at our discretion, including listings that appear unsuitable, misleading, incomplete, duplicated, spam-like, abusive, unsafe, unlawful or not relevant to the directory.

Businesses are responsible for ensuring their own listing information is accurate, up to date and legally compliant. This includes business descriptions, prices, services, claims, images, contact details, opening times and website links.

HertsPartners may identify certain businesses as verified partners or featured partners. This does not mean we guarantee their services, quality, availability, pricing or conduct. Users should make their own checks before using any business.

Listings must not include discriminatory, hateful, adult, illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory or misleading content. Listings must also not infringe another person’s rights, including copyright, trademarks, privacy rights or intellectual property.
