Account data and deletion

You can start a WordPress account-data export or erasure-review request from My Account. A confirmation is sent to the email address on the account. Nothing is deleted merely because the form is submitted.

HertsPartners also uses connected systems for features such as directory listings, CVs, partnerships and an optional newsletter. To ask about access, correction, deletion or anonymisation across those linked records, contact privacy@hertspartners.co.uk from the account email where possible and use “Account data request” in the subject line.

We will review the request, verify the account where necessary and explain what can be deleted or anonymised and whether anything must be retained. Do not send identity documents unless HertsPartners specifically asks for an appropriate verification step.

If you separately chose to connect a third-party sign-in service, you can also remove HertsPartners access in that provider’s own connected-app settings. A Facebook account is not assumed or required by this guidance.
